Thought with it being a bank holiday I'd have a nice bacon butty, then a shower. After that a bit of a wander round town, chippy dinner and to t'pubs for a few bevvies.
Well. What the bloody hell. No gas. No hot water. Nowt.
Had a quick look on buzz. Nothing happens in cobbydale without them buggers knowing about it. Surely enough, plenty o theories. Russia, Trump, Steetoners. Suspect them lot (Steetoners) most likely to blame. But oh no, it's the builders. You can see the joy on all the irate Facebook posts. Not only a chance to rant, but a chance to rant about them lot building the houses (more houses!? More body houses they shout. It floods almost next to where they're building them houses they constantly complain). But also a chance to rant on a bank holiday. Bloody hell. Glorious. Plus it's raining.
And it's gonna snow. What a glorious bank holiday treat.
Anyways, I'm off for a wander - if I bump into the Councillor he'll know. If only he ever came to Silsden.
